Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Introduction

Intelsoft Technology Partners LTD ("Intelsoft", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and safeguard personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a consultation or subscribe to our updates. It also describes your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and other data protection laws that apply to us.

We are the data controller responsible for your personal information. Our office is at 24 I.T Igbani Street, Jabi, Abuja, Nigeria. You can reach us on +234 811 551 1398 or at hello@intelsoftgroup.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to personal information we process about visitors to our website, prospective and current clients, and others who interact with us. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own privacy notices.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Identity and contact details such as your name, work email, telephone number, company and job role.
  • The content of your enquiry, consultation request or any message you send us.
  • Your marketing preferences, if you choose to receive our updates.

Information we collect automatically

  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system.
  • Usage data such as the pages you view, time spent and links you follow, collected through cookies and analytics.

Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from service providers such as our scheduling (Microsoft Bookings) and analytics providers, and from publicly available business sources.

4. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the services or information you request.
  • To arrange and manage consultations and meetings.
  • To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and services.
  • To send you insight and updates where you have asked to receive them, or where we are otherwise permitted to.
  • To understand how our website is used and to improve it.
  • To comply with our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; the performance of a contract with you, or steps taken at your request before entering into one; our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, provided these are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with a legal obligation.

6. Cookies, and content embedded from other companies

Content we embed

Some pages include content served directly by other companies. When a page containing it loads, that company receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, whether or not you interact with it. We use it only where it does a job for you, never for advertising or tracking across other websites.

  • Microsoft Bookings on our Contact page, so you can choose an appointment without leaving our site. Governed by Microsoft's privacy notice.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile on our enquiry form, a security check that tells genuine visitors apart from automated abuse. It does not track you across other websites. Governed by Cloudflare's privacy notice.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences and understand how it is used. Some cookies are essential to make the site work. Analytics cookies, which help us understand how the site is used, are only set if you accept them when you first visit. Declining does not affect how the site works. You can change your cookie choice at any time, and you can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

7. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf (for example scheduling, email, hosting and analytics providers) under contracts that require them to protect it; where required by law, regulation or a lawful request from an authority; to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others; and in connection with a business reorganisation, merger or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process information outside Nigeria. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with the NDPA and other applicable law, including through appropriate contractual safeguards.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements, or to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

10. How we protect your information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete; to ask us to delete it in certain circumstances; to object to or restrict certain processing; to request a copy of certain information in a portable format; to withdraw consent where we rely on it; and to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) or another relevant authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
